This co***ny is a newly established specialized producer and exporter of casting products. It is located in the industry cluster of Handan City, with an area coverage of 60,000 ©O. It is only 50 km away from Handan Airport and adjacent to Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Qingdao-Lanzhou Expressway, enjoying excellent transportation convenience. All its exports can be directly handled through the nearest ports¡ª Huanghua Port or Tianjin Port.
It has personnel of over 200, seventeen of which are engineers (5 seniors). Its leadership and administration are composed of those whose majors are foundry or international trade, or those who have many years of experience in foundry, so the co***ny boasts a relatively strong capability of technical development, operation and management, as well as quality control.
There are two Vertical Parting Flaskless Shoot Squeeze Molding Machines. The first is equipped with two 3 t/h water cooled and thin-walled cupolas and one 1 t/h medium frequency induction furnace. The melting is done by the duplex of cupola and induction furnace. The melting for the second is performed by induction furnace. These two lines are of best quality and high productivity (300 flasks/h each). Most of the products are small castings of grey iron and ductile iron. The precision of the dimension could reach CT 7-8 and the surface finish Ra 12.5. The combined annual production capacity comes up to more than 20,000 tons.
There is also a sub-foundry featuring hand molding, with the processes of casting with graphite mold and green sand casting, producing small and medium sized ductile and grey iron castings. The annual output is over 3000 tons.
To guarantee the products' quality, the co***ny is also furnished with necessary testing equipment---photoelectric direct reading spectrometer (a Japanese name brand), universal strength tester, hardness tester, conventional chemical analyzer, metallographic microscope, metallurgical analysis software, molding sand tester, ect.
